Aid stations for the half marathon and 5K will be located throughout the course in six locations and at the finish line. Some of the aid stations will be used more than once during the half marathon or will be used for both running events. Half marathoners will have access to aid stations eight times throughout the event. Each aid station will have medical personnel as well as volunteers on board. Water and energy drink will be available at all locations and Gu will be available at Aid Stations D and E. Please see the course map for details.
Restrooms are located near the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse and near Tennison Bay (Miles 2 and 11 on the half marathon course and Mile 1 on the 5K). All other Aid Stations will have portapotties located just before the aid station.
